 One of the best villas we have stayed in
 
 We have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was exactly as advertised with every possible amenity and accessory supplied for a large family group of various ages.
Communication with Pat was excellent from booking through to check out and we felt it was a very personal and friendly service.
The pool area and lake view are spectacular but in mid October we were very thankful for the pool heating.
Solterra is a lovely gated community, it felt very safe and extremely well maintained and the club house and communal pool areas were fabulous.
Normally just an easy 20 minute journey from Disney, unfortunately roadworks on the I-4 meant it took much longer but I’m sure this will improve again once the roadworks have finished.
Overall a fabulous holiday in a fantastic setting and we would love to return to this beautiful villa.

Fantastic Rental in Solterra

What a fabulous vacation rental! The situation of the property overlooking the lake is stunning and the house was immaculate. It is superbly equipped and the attention to detail is second to none. The property is extremely well placed for exploring Orlando and all the theme parks. I cannot recommend it highly enough for both adults and families. Quite simply a wonderful find which led to a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be coming here again.

 This 6 bedroom house is absolutely beautiful. Very well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and made it even more special looking out onto the lake. Our daughter enjoyed looking for birds and other animals each day. Our communication with Pat was second to none. She was always available and quick to respond. We did have an issue with the pool heating while we were there (nothing owner or manager related) but it was sorted as quick as they could and kept us informed each step of the way. As for location, the resort was lovely however just slightly further away from the parks to what we are used to, but it all depends what you plan to do on your trip. Otherwise, our stay was faultless and will definitely be in touch with Pat again for our next big trip

5*****Our stay was awesome easy process, clean home, the house has everything we needed lots of space.

We were so excited to stay at this home we had a great memorable time with the family. The house was just as pictured so much room. The pool was great the heat of the pool was awesome much needed. We had a great experience. Also this house was so close to so many store’s restaurants and just about 20 min from Disney and all the amusements. My family enjoyed the stay.

Amazing Week! 5*****

We stayed here with 12 family members and there was PLENTY of room. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house and rooms were even bigger than the pictures looked! Between the game room, pool and theater room, our kids were never bored even when we stayed home all day. Great location, about 15 minutes from Disney Springs area. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay! The attention to detail especially during the pandemic... makes this place stand apart. The home was very clean and quite spacious for our family. We enjoyed the pool very much as well and the home was centrally located. We will be sure to visit again!
