There is a lazy river and a childrens pool area with beach access.  There are many restaurants nearby and numerous golf courses.    The Gym and free Play Gaming room is very popular.  There is small shop and you can buy your park  tickets in the Clushouse.

  Our villa on Phase II of the gated community, with its elevated position and views over water towards the Sunset is a guest favourite.  It is approximately a 7 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the Clubhouse.

The route 192 is less than 5 minutes away - here you will find too many eateries to mention! Favourites are Rock and Brew at Margaritaville, Millers, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden - newly arriving Cheddars - you dont want to miss that one - Cracker Barrell, Mannies, and lots more! 

The Margaritaville new Sunset Walk features Dine in Cinema, Shops and Restaurants - also the H2O Waterpark!

On the 27, 5 minutes from our home you will find a publix supermarket and IHop, Applebys, Pizza, Thai, and more!
