Lake View Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake View Villa. The property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Our favorite daily gathering space was the patio/pool area. We enjoyed that feature of the home tremendously. The owner and property manager were very responsive when we had inquiries/issues which made our stay enjoyable as well. We will definitely book with them again in the future.

Fantastic Family Villa in a great location - A++++

Lakeview Retreat will not disappoint. Location is just 15 mins from Disney (subject to the traffic on the 192), with a Walmart just 5 mins away. Gated community, extremely tidy and well laid out. Inside you will find each room tastefully furnished and sufficient bathrooms for all to avoid any 'sharing'. We were a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids), and we still had a bedroom spare! The villa is equipped with everything you will find that you need (for us this included stair gates and a cot). Outside the pool area is South facing and enjoys day-long sunshine. Ajoining Villas do not overlook the pool area, and with a direct view over to the lake, its a very pleasant place to sunbathe and let the world pass by (after being in the various 'parks'). The separate BBQ and seating area is a bonus. Pat and her US based team are extremely quick to respond to any questions or queries, should you have any. Should we decide to visit Florida again then this will definitely be our villa of choice

Great property, would definitely stay again. House was very nice, very clean, had no issues. We enjoyed everything and the views of the sunset were beautiful. Great location, property management was very helpful, internet speeds were fantastic. Pool area was great for all ages, bbq was great for grilling out. Only have nice things to say.

Great, great, great! Our flight arrived a little early and they were very accommodating letting us check in a bit early. Very easy to communicate with and just kind people. House is gorgeous with the pool and lake behind it. Safe neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of towels, lots of kitchen tools, everything nice and clean. Plenty of room for my family of 9. Biggest perk was just how kind both Pat and the management company are - makes you feel good renting from kind people. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful and Comfortable!

An absolute gem of a property for a paradise getaway! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well-laid out home. Seven adults and one small pup. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and living spaces roomy and the outdoor patio and pool just fabulous. We will certainly book again when in the area. Check in instructions were clear, all information was communicated clearly and timely. Thank you Pat and Sharon for a wonderful home away from home.

Lovely stay!!

Amazing, clean and spacious villa. Management and owner Pat went above and beyond , I asked for some special balloons to be placed on arrival for an anniversary and when we arrived they were set up beautifully for us. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and loved looking over the lake at the wildlife! Beautiful pool which gets the sun all day. We would definitely recommend!

Family vacation for 10 in lovely home

We had a wonderful trip in early April, 2022 with our 10-person family. There were 4 adult couples and two children under 5 enjoying the Orlando theme parks. This property was very clean with a great layout for us to enjoy the family reunion. We spent every day in the pool and in the game room. The home is very close to Animal Kingdom and an easy drive to the other parks. It was safe and well-appointed. The communication with Pat Richardson was superb. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful vacation home.

     Spectacular Lake View home on upscale community, close to Parks and Golf,  

     The outside of this property pool area is unmatched. Spent the majority relaxing and swimming and watching the family spend quality time together. Plenty of seating for dinners and the flow of the inside worked extremely well. There was enough space for privacy and you had enough for the gatherings of 12 people that spent the entire week. Sharon was an excellent property manager and helped me with a couple of processes that I didn’t know. Always answer the phone and was so polite.

We loved staying at this house! The furniture and home decor were so beautiful! It was great for everyone to hangout together but also nice that everyone had their own space too. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and outdoor patio! Stunning sunsets!!!

Family Disney vacation

The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our family group of 10. Everyone really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub after busy days at the parks. The location and proximity to the Disney parks is very convenient.

The house was Amazing!! Even more beautiful in person!! Everyone loved the views from the patio. So spacious!! It was 4 couples and we never once felt crowded. Great Location!! So much to do close to the house. Shopping and many food options close to the house also. Host and owner were very easy to reach if any problems. We only had one and that was our fault. Locked up the keypad but it reset after a few minutes. Master bedroom was huge and absolutely gorgeous!! Loved having direct pool access! House doesn't advertise handicapped accessible but my husband is in a manual wheelchair and easily maneuvered the whole first floor. One step down out to patio, one step down into the game room, and one into house. Shower was large enough that we were able to put his shower chair in it and he had plenty of space. He REALLY loved and appreciated that!! Already looking at rebooking for next year!

Wonderful family reunion!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake view property! Pat was a great host who quickly responded to any questions we had. The house was spotless upon arrival and there were plenty of bath/pool towels. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. This house was perfect for our family reunion!

This home was fabulous! We were a group of ladies that scrapbook together celebrating our vaccines. The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and well equipped. The pool and patio were wonderful and spacious.. The property manager was excellent. He replaced a TV that wasn't working within an hour. Highly recommend this house. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect family retreat!

We had the privilege of staying at this property for a staycation and couldn't be happier with our experience. The home is absolutely stunning, everything as pictured online and very comfortable. We loved being able to have our pup with us, the fenced in side yard was a huge bonus and the neighbourhood was lovely and very walkable. We did have contact with the property manager to just answer some questions we had and she was very friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. We are already discussing a return to trip to either this or one of the owners other stunning properties. If you are thinking of renting in the area, this is the one!

 This was the perfect little getaway! Such a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and the sunsets do not disappoint! The beds were comfy and home decor was lovely. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve! Thank you to Pat, Sharon and the cleaning staff for making our stay magical! The property is located in a gated community. My first impression was wow. You cant beat the location and the beauty the lake, amazing sunrises and sunsets. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Game room was an added bonus with the pool table and air hockey. Lots of fun, look forward to staying here again in the future.

Exactly as described!

This home was perfect for our needs. My husband and I, along with our son, his wife, and two daughters ages 2 & 6 could have never left the property if we didn't have tickets to the parks. The home was spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent lighting, fabulous gated community, and only minutes from Disney attractions. Honestly could not find fault with this listing. One of the features we were thankful for was the alarm system between the house and the pool within the lanai. If any of the doors leading to the pool opened without first pressing the alarm button for exiting and entering an alarm would sound alerting the family. With two small children obsessed with swimming in a pool it was peace of mind for our whole family. The needs of their guests are truly in the forefront of the owners. Every need is anticipated and items are readily available without filling the space with personal items. The listing is comfortable and inviting. It is saved to our favorites if we return to the area. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious, well kept home.

We had a wonderful vacation experience. Owner was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. The home is very well cared for and extremely clean. It is well equipped with plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen items. It’s close proximity to theme parks and spacious floor plan is absolutely ideal for families. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Three families stayed comfortably and enjoyed the pool! The best part was close proximity to Disney and the ability to go back to the house for an afternoon break!

Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and the directions prior to arrival are very clear & easy to follow. The pictures online are very nice but when we got to the house everything far exceeded our expectations. Very well furnished , decorated and definitely stocked & equipped for us to cook & serve 9 people. We enjoyed being able to stay together for the long weekend but there was also lots of space if anyone needed some down time. Would highly recommend & will stay there again

Wonderful home, tastefully decorated with a warm caribbean style. Loved the extra large pool and hot tub. Having rented several Disney homes in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the superior quality of home furnishings, including the pool and deck sitting area. This lovey home is nestled in a quiet gated community, and provides for a very safe and secure environment. We enjoyed our morning walks around the lake. We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for an upscale home to rent in the Disney Area.

Great vacation home

Beautiful home with plenty of room for large families. The pool was great and the back yard was perfect for our dogs. Management company and owner were a pleasure to deal with and extremely prompt with responses and very helpful. Proximity to the Disney and Universal Parks was perfect. Shopping, restaurants and anything you need were all just a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your home and we would definitely stay here again when doing Disney.

Wow what a fantastic house!

We stayed in the month of June and weather was great. The house was close to all of the parks and shopping. The owners provided everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We are planning on renting this house again in the future.

Excellent vacation rental for the family!

We rented this property for 5 nights in early June. The property is located in a quiet, safe, secure gated community. The house was one the cleanest, most well cared for and with the most in-house amenities I have ever rented through VRBO. It’s just minutes away from all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, Disney and the other theme parks. The pool is fantastic! The property owner - Pat, and the management company are kind, considerate and easily accessible. The whole family loved the house and did not want to leave!
