RULES

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the property - if any evidence of smoking is found additional cleaning charges will apply and be deducted from your security deposit.

Booking form - All guests must agree to the Terms and Conditions and additional information details, which are detailed on this site and on the booking form, and sign the booking form accordingly.

a photo id of the lead party member must be sent with the completed booking form.

Only those persons named on the Booking Form shall reside at the Accommodation.

Only pre-registered guests are allowed in our home – any other visitors must be confirmed and accepted by the owners – maximum occupancy limits strictly adhere

No Party Groups are allowed, no events or gatherings.

Lead Party member must be over 25 years of age 

Pets many of our properties will allow pets, please enquire at time of booking.

 arrival and departure - unless otherwise arranged,  the Accommodation will be available at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.  If you would like an early or late check out please enquire at time of booking.

Pool and spa heat can be added to your reservation for an additional cost, which may vary seasonally.

you can heat the spa separately if no pool heat required.

Pool Fence - available at South View and Sunset View homes - put up on request.  All the pool doors are alarmed.

Security alarm - if you set off the alarm and the Mgt or Sheriff Dept are called out, a fee of £38 ($65) is payable. 

Toilet - if the Mgt is called out to unblock toilet, a fee of £38 ($65) is payable.
