Spectacular Lake View home on upscale community, close to Parks, Golf, Shopping

The house was beautiful and more than enough room for our family of 10. The owner Pat was great with communication and the pool area was amazing!! We definitely will be returning.

Our family of 6 spent a week at the Lakeview Retreat Villa and loved every moment. The pool, hot tub, game room and entertainment options were more than we had expected. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware. We would definitely book again.

This was the first time we have rented a house for a vacation and honestly I was skeptical. This was so incredible! From the moment I started emailing back and forth with Pat she answered all of my questions ( and trust me there were a lot). She was there every step of the process. The house was beautiful and do clean and welcoming. My family of 8 adults anf 1 baby had an amazing time. Will definitely be back

Luxury property in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood. Great location - Close to all attractions; shopping, and dining options are plentiful! The backyard and pool provided fun and relaxation. Pat and team are excellent communicators!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas and could not have asked for a better home or experience. My husband and I hosted our family Christmas here and invited his parents, his brother and sister, and their families, and the house was absolutely perfect for it. There was plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably, gather together, and still have room to relax.

The kids were especially entertained with all the amenities, and the beautiful pool with its stunning view was a highlight for everyone. Honestly, we did very little outside of the house because it truly provided everything we needed for an unforgettable holiday together.

The location was excellent, and the owners and management were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay in this home again and highly recommend the property, the location, and the wonderful team behind it.

From booking to leaving the propery this is a great experience. The villa its self has everything you need for a great holiday. We had 9 people staying at the property and had loads of room and space ! The kids loved the playroom and the pool and hot tub were just amazing, especially the sunsets (we did pay extra for the heating of the pool, well recommended especially as we went in late october) Minutes commute to Disney, shops and restaurants

Just back from another vacation in this gorgeous villa. It is situated on a well kept gated community and is one of a few villas arranged around lovely star lake. It is extremely well kept very clean with excellent quality bed linens and towels. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the many sun loungers around the pool. The pool area is perfect being southwest facing with an open view and beautiful sunsets. The villa is very close to many restaurants and of course close to the Disney parks. All in all an excellent choice for a vacation in Orlando.

This stunning home on Formosa Gardens, is the home from home that you would like your home to be. Had such a fabulous stay from the moment the sun rose to the sun set. Didn’t want to leave. Thanks Pat for another great stay.

Plenty of rooms for everyone and fully stocked kitchen with any kind of appliances and dishes. This is definitely a place that I would highly recommend for the perfect vacation.

Stayed in this villa 10 yrs ago and was only right we booked this same villa for our family holiday ,, upon arrival was a few issues with door code and cleanliness but upon speaking to management and with the owners these issues were dealt with professionally and very swiftly the service provided was impeccable and nothing was an issue ,,, this villa is a beautiful home amazing pool area and the new room at the front of the house was a little joy and every nite we had a movie night in there overall this holiday home is very comfy very spacious and would 100% recommend,, Thankyou pat

A fabulous house in the perfect location for the Disney parks. Outside area and large pool were great. Good supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive.

This property is well manicured. Even the baseboards are clean! We have been in a lot of VRBO properties and most forget this detail. Pat was wonderful to work with. And we met, Lee, the property manager. Great people. Great home. Great neighborhood. If in Orlando area again, definitely on our list!

Our extended family of 11 really enjoyed this experience. The house was exceptionally clean, attractive, well equipped Well cared for and met our needs. The nicest of pools we have had in years. The kids especially loved the games room. We have plenty of room for the four rental cars and a visiting relative one day. We felt very safe and comfortable and the sunsets over the pool and lake behind it were awesome. Must also comment that we had a few pre questions and the responses were exceptionally quick. We were a family of 8 adults from Ireland staying at Lakeview Retreat. What an amazing home, plenty of space for everyone. The home had everything you need for your Orlando holiday, Sharon the Manager even went above and beyond putting up a Xmas tree for Thanksgiving and we always found Sharon to be very responsive and helpful. Pat the owner was amazing from the time we enquired about the property, to booking and payments and providing the codes required to enter the community and home. Formosa Gardens is a lovely community, very close to Disney albeit you need a car or uber to get there. Uber cost approx $10 one way more if you are returning in the late evening. Walmart is less than a 10 minute drive but beware it is expensive. We ate breakfast, some lunches and dinners at the villa to keep eating out costs down. It is expensive to eat out but less than 15 minute drive there are plenty of places to eat and drink, Uber is an efficient way to get there and costs between $9 and $15 for a large 7 seater. The home itself has plenty to keep you busy, outside space is lovely, we got the pool heated and would suggest you pay the extra for that if you are going later in the year. The games room was great for family challenges and there is also a full size pool table in the outside space. We would highly recommend this property to large parties, everything you need for your dream holiday is there, you just need to unpack.

Wonderful home, close to all things disney and Pat is a wonderful home owner and super prompt communicator. We love staying in her homes. Thank you for another wonderful vacation home to have for the week.

Large beautiful home well stocked comfy beds clean rooms! We had a blast with our 4 generations staying together. Communication was fast. Will definitely stay again if in area!!

WOW! Let's start with that word. There wasn't 1 thing that didn't make that word true.
After driving over 17 hours, we walked into a home tha was welcoming, clean both visually and smell wise, and ready for us to kick back and enjoy.
We unpacked, and my husband and son started to make dinner on the grill which was clean and ready for us to use.
After dinner, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were sparkling clean, and ready for us to unwind, and unwind we did.
The next day we drove to a close Walmart for food, and just food. This home will have every utensil, plate, cup, and glass you will need . No need to pack anything but your clothes.
If you are planning on going to any of the Disney Parks, or Disney Springs, you are so close, it will feel as if you are on Disney Property, but without the noise of other visitors. We left one of the parks late at night, and were home to the comfy beds and peace within 10 minutes.
All I can say is pack your bags, and enjoy! This location will not disappoint you at all.

Our family of 10 had an amazing vacation in this home. This property was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. We are all adults and everyone had their own personal space. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and outside living area. It was a perfect place to gather after a busy day. Pat the owner was fantastic from the moment we booked until the end of our trip. Pat answered every question/email we had promptly. She also kept us up to date on the property during the hurricanes which we appreciated very much. The house and the owner Pat are 5 stars all the way. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Exactly as described, beautiful villa in a lovely gated community. On the occasion’s I needed to speak to Pat before we travelled she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Your homes are always exceptional! Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with every cooking vessel and utensils to make wonderful meals. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and with nice linens. Bathrooms are stocked with lots of towels. Living rooms and sitting areas are very comfortable. Our greatest enjoyment is the pool area. All our stays with Pat & Clive have been exceptional. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Villa! The best part for us was the expansive pool deck, which overlooks a small lake. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine all day as we relaxed and watched a nice variety birds coming and going from the lake. We used the grill on the outer patio outside the lanai for many evenings. Watching the sunset over the lake was a highlight each day!

The home itself is also fantastic. Each bed was comfortable (our family used them all!) and they were spread out for privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked. The home was immaculately clean, and the game room had a nice selection of activities. We appreciate greatly that Pat, the homeowner, provides Roku TVs so that we can all stream our favorite shows in the evening.

Sharon and Lee from the management team were both excellent and answered all of our questions . They were very helpful. We have stayed in home from this same owner for six years now and each home is meticulously cared for. We wouldn't think of renting with anyone else now!

This house was everything we expected and more. Clean, well maintained, spacious… the highlight being the pool. There was even a selection of pool toys available. All the thoughtful little extras made this one of the nicest rental experiences I’ve ever had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake View Villa. The property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Our favorite daily gathering space was the patio/pool area. We enjoyed that feature of the home tremendously. The owner and property manager were very responsive when we had inquiries/issues which made our stay enjoyable as well. We will definitely book with them again in the future.

Lakeview Retreat will not disappoint. Location is just 15 mins from Disney (subject to the traffic on the 192), with a Walmart just 5 mins away. Gated community, extremely tidy and well laid out. Inside you will find each room tastefully furnished and sufficient bathrooms for all to avoid any 'sharing'. We were a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids), and we still had a bedroom spare! The villa is equipped with everything you will find that you need (for us this included stair gates and a cot). Outside the pool area is South facing and enjoys day-long sunshine. Ajoining Villas do not overlook the pool area, and with a direct view over to the lake, its a very pleasant place to sunbathe and let the world pass by (after being in the various 'parks'). The separate BBQ and seating area is a bonus. Pat and her US based team are extremely quick to respond to any questions or queries, should you have any. Should we decide to visit Florida again then this will definitely be our villa of choice

Great property, would definitely stay again. House was very nice, very clean, had no issues. We enjoyed everything and the views of the sunset were beautiful. Great location, property management was very helpful, internet speeds were fantastic. Pool area was great for all ages, bbq was great for grilling out. Only have nice things to say.

Great, great, great! Our flight arrived a little early and they were very accommodating letting us check in a bit early. Very easy to communicate with and just kind people. House is gorgeous with the pool and lake behind it. Safe neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of towels, lots of kitchen tools, everything nice and clean. Plenty of room for my family of 9. Biggest perk was just how kind both Pat and the management company are - makes you feel good renting from kind people. We will definitely come back!

We've had 10 to 15 persons family reunions in large rentals around Florida for many years. This home was the best yet. It was in the best condition with the best furnishings. We felt at home immediately. The balance between bedrooms and living areas was just right for those wanting privacy at the same time others wanted group games. Everyone loved the outdoor patio and pool. Can't emphasize enough how pleased we were with the good quality furnishings from linens to dishes to extra laundry detergent. Its modern security system was appreciated. Instructions about operating the house were extensive, understandable and friendly. The only negatives I can think of is that some of our family prefer a theater rather than a game room and that with our six cars some had to park on the street.

We rented this property for 5 nights in early June. The property is located in a quiet, safe, secure gated community. The house was one the cleanest, most well cared for and with the most in-house amenities I have ever rented through VRBO. It’s just minutes away from all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, Disney and the other theme parks. The pool is fantastic! The property owner - Pat, and the management company are kind, considerate and easily accessible. The whole family loved the house and did not want to leave!

Very enjoyable stay! Home inside and patio furnishings were in excellent condition, new smart televisions in living areas and bedrooms. Owner very responsive.

Pat's home was very accommodating for our family. We had 9 people total. I liked the layout as almost all bedrooms are spaced in different corners of the home providing privacy when needed

We spent a week with our 4 kids and a little dog in Pat’s beautiful house, and we had an amazing time. The house is very spacious, lovely decorated and well equiped. It’s close to the parks, shopping, restaurants. We spent great hours at close by Lake Louise and cycled the Orange trail.
We will definetly come back.

Beautiful home, close to Disney and lots of space for our extended family to spend time together. Best equipped rental home we have stayed in. All ages enjoyed the pool and game room. Pat and HomeAway very responsive to any questions we had before, during and after our stay.

We loved this home. its decorated so beautifully. We loved the pool area. We spent many hours outside relaxing by the pool and in the hot tube. Really nice that the hot tube is heated by itself. This place is really close to Disney World if you have a family that wants to go there. Pat answered any questions we had. Make sure you read the instructions on the alarm system before you enter the house, otherwise it will sound off and is really loud :). we would love to rent this house again. the view of the lake in the back yard is really nice. With the birds flying around and all, makes you feel like there is nobody there in the area. It is very easy to get to the house and so close to everything. The Christmas tree was a nice extra touch we really liked it. Hope to come enjoy your home again in the near future. Thanks Ron and family.

We enjoyed our stay at the house and Pat was very responsive when any issues came up. It was close to Disney and the heated pool was great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Disney!

We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub for relaxing in the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner, plus the outside grill was awesome for grilling out, too. The home is lovely and obviously well maintained— a slight hiccup with the air conditioning was taken care of and repaired on Thanksgiving Eve. Amazing service, really. We loved, too, the game room and the fact that there were plenty of pool towels and toys! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. And we loved the location as it was super close to the ESPN Wide World of Sports where my daughter had a soccer tournament.

Everything was as expected. Pool is beautiful and home is impeccable. Would absolutely recommend for a large family traveling to Disney or Universal.

The standard of furnishing and rooms were very high. A lot of effort had been put in this home to make it a villa That you will always remember. This is the best villa that we have ever stayed in ( visiting for 30yrs ).

A massive pool and outside area made it a great place to sit anytime of the day, shaded or full sunshine your choice, when taking a break from the parks

We had an incredible time staying in your lovely villa. The family including the Baby enjoyed every minute of it. Not one problem to report, area was peaceful, easy to get to the Theme Parks and shopping centres and we were very lucky with the weather. Would certainly visit again and would recommend this property to anyone.
