As you enter the community you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. The community is ideally located for the parks – only around  25 minutes from Disney World.  Universal Studios Orlando is about 28–30 miles from Highlands Reserve in Davenport, with a typical drive time of 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. The route is very direct, making it one of the easiest major parks to reach from the community.

Highway 27 provides easy access to Champions Gate for golf and dining, and Posner Park for excellent shopping and restaurants.

To the west, the beautiful Gulf Coast can be reached in around 1 hour 45 minutes, while to the north you’ll find the charming lakeside community of Clermont.
